I had been thinking about opening a sewing center for several years. It wasn’t until this year that I really felt “now is the time.” I’m not competing with quilting shops or Wal Mart. i just want to open a Sewing Center where my customers can learn to sew or quilt. If they don’t have a machine, they can purchase one of the many Janome sewing machines that we sell at a reasonable price. When a customer purchases a Janome machine from Sewing Machines and More, they will receive training on how to use their machine; making sure they leave with confidence on how to operate their purchase.

We carry fabrics, notions, threads, etc., and offer private or group classes in our classroom. We also have a sewing machine technician that services all brands of sewing machines, sergers, etc. We are growing and will be expanding our inventory. But in order to do this, we need the support and patience of the Boerne and surrounding community for this to be a success. When we are not using our classroom customers are welcome to come in and work on their own projects in that space. We really want this to be a fun place to gather.
